Cold Dot Occultist - 1 Div challenge! PoE Crucible

- PoB with all details in notes. Aegis was an experiment, and its not as good as i though, so its better to just use cheaper rare shield for damage, or some other unique shields. This build can be played with low life using petrified blood, and like vitality, clarity and banner with arrogance. Ofc taking Pain Attunement for 30% more damage. And stuff like Lori’s Lantern ring that give a lot of stats being at low life.
