Mirgi is a story of a family dealing with the reoccurrence of their elder son’s epilepsy shown from the perspective of the younger son, Mrigya. Pradhan and Malini are parents to two children Mrigya and Ekant. Having separated over marital differences, Pradhan is now raising the two children single-handedly. Things are only beginning settle in when things come to a sudden halt because of Ekant’s seizure that throws up a string of biases and superstitions surrounding epilepsy, and the hidden family dynamics.
