Ross/Systema Flexibility/Mobility training that I cut out some time ago. It comes from the Scott Sonnon tapes showing some rare footage. Music is Russian folk music called: Ой Дунай мой Дунай эй веселый Дунай! I don’t know who is singing this version though!
