High Protein Sweet & Sour Chicken made in 15 Minutes

Chop up vegetables, combine sauce ingredients in a glass, and mix. Remove the skin from the chicken if you can’t find skinless chicken thighs, season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and cut into smaller pieces. Peel and grate the garlic and the ginger. Fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes in a pan on medium-high heat, flipping every 60 seconds. Then add the vegetables and keep frying for another 2 minutes. Add ginger and garlic and fry for another 20 seconds before adding the sauce. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
