COVID-19: Cases are at their highest, but not everyone is getting pinged

The third wave is in full swing and the track and trace app is responding with over 500,000 people instructed to self-isolate. However, only 90 percent of people who should be self-isolating have been contacted to do so. The app has prevented approximately over 600,00 cases before the vaccination programme went into full effect. However, as more of the public get double jabbed, how much faith is there in the track and trace system. Sky’s Thomas Moore looks at the pros and cons of the app to date.
