Chocolate Kangaroo!

For this life size chocolate mother kangaroo and her baby, I drew inspiration from my new tv show, “Dessert Master“, the sweet spinoff of the franchise, Master Chef, that will launch in Australia at the end of this year. It took 4.5 days and 170lbs of chocolate to complete this project.
