PAN has distinct features with particular involvement, vasculitis of the renal and visceral arteries. It is associated with HBV, mononeuritis multiplex and renal infarcts. There is no lung involvement, oesinophils are normal and there is absence of Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies.
