Turkish #kırpidesi

Kır Pidesi •500g flour (4 cups flour) •375ml water (2 cups water) • 25 g granulated sugar (2 tbsp sugar) •10 g fresh yeast or 1/2 pack dry yeast •10 grams of salt (1 teaspoon of salt) •Stuffing: You can use any stuffing you want, I made it with minced meat. •350 grams of minced meat •1 medium sized onion 2-3 green peppers •1 capia pepper 1 teaspoon salt •1 teaspoon black pepper •1 teaspoon of chili pepper •1 teaspoon of red pepper powder First of all, put the yeast in a deep bowl and add sugar in it. Then add 1 glass of warm water, cover it and wait for it to rise. After it rises add flour, salt and the remaining water. Knead it well. Obtain a dough that is not too stiff. Cover it and leave it to ferment. Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing. Chop the onion and pepper into small pieces. Add minced meat, salt, finely chopped parsley, desired spices and mix. Divide the fermented dough into 8 equal parts, roll them into balls and place them on a floured tray. Roll out these meringues in an oval shape, lengthwise with a rolling pin . Put the stuffing lengthwise on the rolled meringue and join the edges in the middle (As shown in the video). Then, place it on a tray lined with baking paper, with the joint side down, and let it sit for half an hour for it to ferment. Then spread water on them and bake them in the oven at 200-225 degrees until they are golden brown.
