Con raíces franco-chilenas, Philippe Liard comenzó a hacer de DJ tan temprano como en el 2002, con un don innato para mezclar y una gran capacidad para animar a la multitud con su carismática personalidad y exquisito gusto musical. A través de una línea minimal-house, con la que encarna tanto sonidos rítmicos como orgánicos y fuertemente influenciado por exponentes como Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Dandy Jack, Argenis Brito y Pier Bucci, logró cautivar al público de renombradas pistas de baile chilenas como las de la primera Love Parade en Santiago y el Club La Feria. Poco después, y con la mente puesta en expandir su carrera a Europa, Philippe se traslada a Barcelona en 2005 donde rápidamente abre camino a residencias en Kubik, Macarena y Mochima Beach. Consolidando su presencia en la ciudad con presentaciones en todos sus principales clubes, pasó a crear Playeros, en la playa de San Adrià, que se convirtió en una experiencia importante de clubbing en la playa en Barcelona durante 2012 y 2013. Volviendo constantemente a Chile, donde sus lugares habituales de gira se extienden por todo Chile, Argentina y Uruguay. Como productor con un talento inusual y un marcado estilo personal, Philippe ha visto sus producciones y remixes editados en sellos como Andes Music, Cachai Music, Jett Records y Sundown Records, entre otros, y colabora constantemente con artistas afines, siendo su proyecto más reciente “Arfil“ con Argenis Brito. La dedicación constante y el amor por su oficio han llevado a este experimentado artista a tocar en toda América Latina, Europa y África, abarcando pistas de baile de renombre mundial como Ushuaia Ibiza, Club Der Visionaere y Badaboom, por nombrar algunos. Con un aparente esfuerzo, Philippe continúa abriéndose camino en la escena con su visión única e inimitable de la música electrónica. ___________________________________________________________________ With Franco-Chilean roots, Philippe Liard started Djing as early as 2002, with an innate gift for mixing and a great capacity to get a crowd going with his charismatic character and exquisite musical a minimal-house line, with which he embodies both rhythmical and organic sounds and heavily influenced by exponents such as Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Dandy Jack, Argenis Brito & Pier Bucci, he managed to captivate the crowd of renowed Chilean dancefloors such as those from the first Love Parade in Santiago and Club La Feria. Shortly thereafter, and with his mind set on expanding his career to Europe, Philippe moves to Barcelona in 2005 where he quickly opens way to residencies in Kubik, Macarena & Mochima Beach. Solidifying his presence in the city with presentations throughout its major clubs, he went on to create Playeros, in San Adria Beach, which became a major beach clubbing experience in Barcelona during 2012 and 2013. Constantly returning to Chile, where his usual touring spots span throughout Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. A producer with an unusual talent and a marked personal style, Philippe has seen his productions and remixes edited in labels such as Andes Music, Cachai Music, Jett Records and Sundown Records, among others, and is in constant collaboration with like-minded artists, his newest project being “Arfil” with Argenis Brito. Constant dedication and love to his craft have seen this experienced artist play across Latin America, Europe and Africa, spanning world renowned dance floors such as Ushuaia Ibiza, Club Der Visionaere, and Badaboom, to name a few.
