This light and refreshing Fruit Yogurt Jelly Cake is an absolute showstopper, it is so easy to make and so delicious. The fruit combination I used are mango, grapes, strawberries and oranges but you can use any fruits you have on hand.

1 tablespoon Agar Agar Powder (9g) or Gelatin
1/2 cup Sugar (100g)
1/4 cup Water (50 ml)
3/4 cup Milk (175 ml)
1 1/4 cups Plain Yogurt (350g)
Cake mold size 6-7 inches (15-18 cm)
