Jewelry Kiln Rack

I designed this clay rack to hold high temp metal rods that could suspend jewelry pendants or earrings or beads to be fired in a glaze kiln so the piece could be fully glazed but suspended so it wouldn’t fuse to the kiln shelf or to anything else. 8 years later, someone is still using it. Super cool.
