This is a very fun drill, yet with a good number of rep per set can be very intense.
Working your explosiveness and core strength the Bounce Off is really useful when you need to slow yourself down using the wall as a bounce to continue your run.
Remind light on your feet, touch the wall “gently“ then push off to land softly back onto your feet. Make sure to use the legs to absorb the landing.
