Chair-mageddon! Large objects rain down from Manhattan high-rise

It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s a chair? Wild video shows a person tossing what appears to be patio furniture from the top of a midtown Manhattan skyscraper. Two of the high-flying objects, including one wooden chair, smashed into the scaffolding below, as onlookers gasped in fear. The dangerous incident occurred on East 46th Street and 5th Avenue, on June 17.
