For this tierlist, i chose these exercises: barbell row, dumbbel row, chest supported row, seal row, lat pulldown, t-bar row, seated cable row, straight arm pulldown, single arm pulldown, meadows row, inverted row, deadlift and renegade row. All of the rankings are based on my own experience, and not on useless scientific studies. But you should always keep in mind, that everyone is different, and something that works for me, might not be so great for you. So dont forget that!
