30 Minute Full Body Yoga Stretch for Sore Muscles | Yoga Inspired Stretching

You will only need a mat for this 30 minute yoga inspired full body stretch for sore muscles. You may want a yoga block handy to decrease the range of motion or intensity of a stretch. Our focus today is to show our entire body some TLC. We will work on flexibility and mobility through dynamic stretching as well as static stretching. Stretching has been shown to decrease muscle soreness, aid in recovery, and improve overall mood : ) ease into all the stretches today. It should feel good. it should never be painful. You and I are different, so our poses may look a little different and that’s okay. We want to feel it in the same area. I will be guiding you today through audio cues, but you could also put it on mute and look in the upper right hand corner for the stretch. I hope you feel amazing after this session!
