Jappeloup (SF) & Pierre Durand (FRA) winning 1988 Olympic Gold medal

Jappeloup stood only 159cm or 15.2 1/2 hh (hands high) yet took on and beat horses like Big Ben who stood (180cm). He beat Gem Twist at the 1988 Olympics. Although Milton did not compete at the 1988 Olympics - because of his owners not allowing him to travel - Jappeloup beat Milton to be come 1987 European Champion in St. Gallen, Switz. Will we ever see a 158cm () jumping horse win an Olympic Gold again?!! (1975-1991) .
