Anthrax exposure: 75 Atlanta-based CDC scientists possibly exposed to live Anthrax

75 scientists at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta are being treated with drugs after they were put at risk of potential Anthrax exposure. The problem was discovered last Friday when live anthrax bacteria were found on lab materials being gathered for disposal. The scare came after a worker failed to follow proper procedures when deactivating Anthrax bacteria while preparing samples for experiments in a biosecurity lab. The samples, which may have contained live bacteria, were
