Delicious Meat Pie. You definitely didn’t eat better, I guarantee! Open quiche with meat filling in Mediterranean style. As an accompaniment to the pie, we will serve a savory Greek yogurt dip, ideal for tortillas, pies, baked meat, fish and vegetables. This Quiche will be one of your favorite.

Filling:
A)
2 -3 tbsp. Olive oil
300 gr. bacon (fried)
300 gr. Potato
30-50 ml Wine
Salt/pepper to taste
B )
600 gr. Meat - minced meat (to your taste)
1 Onion
1 branch Celery
6 tooth Garlic
0.5 Carrot
¼ Leek
Thyme / Bay leaf / Salt / pepper / coriander / paprika
2 tbsp. Soy
1 tbsp. mustard
30 -50 ml Wine
Dough. For form 27-28 cm:
100 gr Butter (melted)
100 gr Sour cream
0.5 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp Soda
1 egg
Mix everything with a whisk
270 gr Flour
Knead the dough.
