Danse d’Avila (Ida Presti) played by Onde Solaire

For our first project, we turned to Ida Presti’s (1924-1967) music for two guitars, inspired by the colors and vibrancy of her music. Working on music by women composers, sometimes in a joyful, lighthearted mood, sometimes enjoying more introspective atmospheres : that’s our direction for upcoming projects, as well as extending the repertoire with new transcriptions and exploring the sound of two guitars in different chamber music setup.
