Spitzer is a founder of 6 major national institutes and producer of 7 television series; current president of Magis Center and the Spitzer Center; appeared on many TV programs including Larry King Live, The Today Show, The History Channel, PBS series and radio programs; past president of Gonzaga University, held assistant/associate professorships at Georgetown and Seattle University; recipient of numerous academic awards; academic specialties include: the Philosophy of Science (especially space time theory), metaphysics and organized ethics.
