Behind the scenes in Berlin 2009 before the first world champion crown by Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce from Jamaica. This unreleased video is a compilation of her warm-up and starting-block practice before the heats, quarter-final and semi-final (i didn’t go back to the warm-up pit before the final). During the final, she was timed in at 30m, still the fastest ever recorded for a woman, en-route to her victory.
