Russian/Slavic Dance Tutorials: The Kazatsky Kick Dance (aka the Squat Dance)

Please make sure to stretch and warm up your body before attempting this move. As you squat down, make sure that you are well balanced, otherwise you’ll fall onto the ground. Then you can either start with your left or right leg. Then switch to the opposite leg. Start out slow with this move until you get used to the motion. Then you can speed it up a little bit and do it at that so on.
