400 Grams Wheat Noodles, cooked
150 Grams Peeled Prawns
120 to 150 Grams Choy Sum
2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 to 2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
5 to 6 Cups Chicken or Pork Stock
2 to 3 Tbsp Corn Starch (mix with 1 Tbsp Water)
3 Large Eggs, beaten
4 to 6 Tbsp Black/ChinkIang Vinegar
A few Dashes of White Pepper
Some Sesame Oil
Meat
100 Grams Minced Pork or Chicken
2 tsp Light Soy
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp Corn Starch
A dashes of White Pepper
1 tsp Sesame Oil
