Fanuc Battery Replacement Doosan Control

This video is the procedure I follow for replacing the batteries on our Doosan CNC machines. Your procedure may be slightly different based on your machine, but the basic principles will likely be the same. The battery replacement is carrier out with the machine powered on and in a zero returned position. This is to prevent any unexpected occurrences while replacing the batteries like losing memory or position. I like to replace both the APC and control batteries at the same time.
