Hot Route” For Time: Buy-In: 1 Mile Run Directly Into 3 Rounds: 50′ Single Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge (Left) 50′ Single Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge (Right) 30 Alternating Pistols 10 Devil’s Press (50’s/35’s) Time - 23:10 (9:10 mile) Had to run on the air runner today because they’re paving the road. Was supposed to run a 1200m as a scale. But decided to stay on and run the mile. Finished 1200m at about 6:42. Probably close to what my mile would of been on the road. Keep grinding! RIP BRETT SAL
