Shaolin Qi Gong (少林气功)
It’s practiced to improve internal energy (气Qi, Chi, Breath or Internal force).
It uses techniques like Breath, Stretch, Softer Movements, Hard movements and mediation.
Use softer movements to direct the internal Qi flow and strength, Use Hard movements to train explosive power. These training will allow the internal Qi to focus, we can also use the Qi more efficiently and improve our daily energy.
Stretching will relax our muscles and tendons and let them stay in best condition so that internal Qi can flow smoothly.
Meditation will clear our minds and calm our hearts.
