Chirashi Bowl (ちらし寿司 - Chirashi Sushi Recipe)

Chirashi Sushi (ちらし寿司) literally means “scattered sushi.” In this Seafood Chirashi Bowl recipe, I’m going to show you how to assemble a traditional Japanese sushi bowl that anyone can put together. We start by making sushi rice without a rice cooker as well as sushi vinegar. Then we prepare each of the toppings, like tuna, cooked shrimp, egg, carrots, and snap peas, before assembling the Chirashi sushi bowl. Thanks to Mizkan™ for sponsoring this video!
