2022 NWSL Goalkeeper Training - Angel City FC Mid-Season Training Review

Almost a perfect chronological glimpse into the work of our group over the first part of the season! I put this together for two reasons; so the group can reflect on their growth so far, and so I can look for trends and how to make things better for them moving forward. I’ve explored some new approaches - some will stay (The mats are a great example of this), and some will not. On reflection, one thing was abundantly evident. With us being a new group, it understandably took time to lay the foundations, and expectations, and for us to have a strong understanding of how we want to play. The evolution in complexity and nuance of our sessions is a reflection of that!
