Today I will show my no- fail easy dinner rolls recipe. I will also show you my from scratch made rolls. This recipe is how I like to make fluffy soft pillow like rolls. This recipe can also be used to make the popular milk bread rolls.

INGREDIENTS
4 1/2 to 5 cups (595 g) bread flour or all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar (200 g) **adjust sugar amount if you prefer to use less. 😊
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup (40 g) dry non-fat milk powder
12 oz can (354 ml) evaporated milk
2 1/2 tsp dry active yeast
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 large egg (room temperature)
4 tbls (57 g) unsalted butter
*I used a 9x13 baking pan*
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F & bake for 20 minutes
**When kneading by hands, allow dough to rest 15 minutes before kneading
**Knead until dough can stretch without tearing easily
**use room temperature ingredients to help yeast thrive and develop
**When proofing the dough, the proofing time may vary depending on your kitchen environment
**use egg wash to give your rolls a glossy golden brown finish
