this is a surgical demonstration of tympanoplasty, epitympanectomy wih attic reconstruction with cortical mastoidectomy performed on a patient who presented with ear discharge and hearing loss for the past 10 years. The patient on otoscopic examination showed a central perforation. when the procedure began, cholestetoma flaques were noticed in middle ear deep to the ossicles and the incudo stapedial joint appeared necrosed, the possible cause for such high hearing loss in this patient. the ossicular reconstruction was done with aid of reshaped head of malleus.
