Gigantic rusty old IBM XT hard drive roars back to life

This 5¼-inch full-height 20 megabyte hard drive from an old IBM PC-XT is rusty and I don’t have much hope of it working correctly anymore, but it still spins up fine and is quite impressive to look at and listen to. It is an IBM model WD25 drive, using the ST-412 MFM interface, and was made in 1985.
