PMQs: Oliver Dowden and Angela Rayner clash over latter’s council house row

Rishi Sunak is in Berlin for talks with the German chancellor which means today’s edition of Prime Minister’s Questions will feature the deputies. Oliver Dowden, the Deputy Prime Minister, will stand in for Mr Sunak while Angela Rayner, the Labour deputy leader, will be asking the questions instead of Sir Keir Starmer.
