Pole Practice 10/1/14
My studio is currently changing locations so this week I’m practicing on my home pole. I had a wonderful practice.... I had a lot of fun! Tried some new things... some went well, others not so much. Highlights include Cradle - Janeiro - Batwing combo, the “Shark“ (new trick!), and the “X-Flag“ (another new trick!). Enjoy!
