Mexico celebrates the Day of the Dead with a colorful parade

Families in Oaxaca, southern Mexico, celebrated the annual ’Muerteada’ parade. They took to the streets on November 1, on the Day of the Dead, for a festival that will carry on for several nights. Locals say the tradition brings out a lot of passion, as it identifies them as Mexicans, and they believe it keeps their loved ones alive forever.
