Funakoshi’s Nine Throws

In Gichin Funakoshi’s book “Karate-do Kyohan“, as translated and edited by Tsutomo Ohshima, there are nine throws drawn from Shotokan kata. In this program, Tony Annesi illustrates them and shows aiki cognates, as well.
