Showing part of the intro (English text!) then some games from the tournament.
I beat all characters one by one, but then I discovered you have to beat them in the tournament mode that you enter by clicking to the right of the robot.
In tournament mode, this is how far I made it yesterday until it got too late. Luckily, you get a password if you lose so you don’t have to replay.
I show my last games. The Death guy is fun to play because he has no cheat-moves like the later opponents.
Hold B to make the paddle move faster, and/or hold A to slow the puck down -- an important strategical element.
Fun game and de-stressing because you can play at your own speed. Maybe you could compare it to ping pong or dodge ball. I think anyone who enjoys tennis video games will enjoy this.
I played this on an Apple computer around 1990 or so. It was in black and white and some opponents were IMPOSSIBLE, as I remember. I always wondered if shufflepuck was a real game, and I still don’t know?? I did learn how to count to five on a black board.
Played on twin famicom console.
Some videos are embedded on (English language blog).
