BOOST YOUR HEART RATE with a SLURPEE (not the 7-Eleven kind)
SLURPEE (Sandbell Slam Burpee)
1. Press SandBell overhead with feet hip width apart
2. Rise up onto toes
3. Slam SandBell down in front of you
4. Place hands outside the SandBell
5. Jump feet back
6. Pushup
7. Jump feet back up to hands
8. Grab SandBell and rise up onto toes and repeat SLURPEE 10x
