Ukrainian Terrorism of Central Donetsk September 17 Kills 4, Using Western Weapons

The latest of Ukraine’s incessant war crimes: I arrived back in the DPR, Saturday, arriving in Donetsk just after Ukraine resumed its bombing of the very centre of the city, killing at least 4 people, including a woman I saw still on the ground. This area, residential and commercial, with parks and restaurants and civilian infrastructure, is in no way a military target for Ukraine. This is pure terrorism on Ukraine’s part.
