Michael Jackson = the greatest all round entertainer ever. That is my humble opinion. Singing, dancing, writing, producing... The man was unique. He was one of a kind. We could all write books on Michael Jackson’s influence on our music and artistry - singers, songwriters, producers, musicians, dancers- y’all know exactly what I’m talking about. But I’m gonna keep it short and simple right now. I am very well-aware of the fact that it’s almost impossible for a cover of one of Michael’s songs to do justice to the original. Still... I couldn’t help myself. I thought about it for years. Finally I decided to do it. „Who Is It“ has always been one of my favourite MJ songs. It’s dark, dramatic, mysterious and the groove is irresistible. When the track was originally released in 1992 as the fifth single from the album „Dangerous“, it was commercially successful worldwide. However, I’ve always felt the song is underrated. It doesn’t get the props it’s actually earned. In my opinion... Anyway, I recorded my rendition of „Who Is It“ to pay my respects to my musical hero.
