Lancashire firefighters cordoned off the tower and sent six fire engines and a drone team. Videos showed what appeared to be orange flames at the top of the structure. But when Lancashire Police sent up a helicopter to assess the situation, they saw it was a false alarm. #Blackpool #Tower #Fire Subscribe to The Telegraph with our special offer: just £1 for 3 months.
