I was only suppose to be 750 2x2 and 625 4x2, My first set of squats didnt go well, my foot placement was all messed up. my 750 2x2 was alot better, my 3rd set i felt like a had another rep in me to make it 3reps. I did 2 singles, I just wanted to check my depth and i felt like doing more pushing myself. At the time of the speed squats I was exhausted but the 625 went well, form was pretty good.
