Cadillac Sixteen Concept: Could They Build It?

The rumors are flying around that Cadillac is going to try and take on BMW and Mercedes with a new car, but they also have said another car might be in the works to go after Rolls Royce and Bentley. Could we be looking at it in the Cadillac Sixteen?
