Suspect clings to moving car while fleeing police

Police in California have released dashcam footage of the shocking moment a domestic violence suspect jumped onto a moving car and clung to it on a highway, as he tried to evade cops during a chase. The suspect was treated in hospital before being sent to jail. He was charged with a number of felonies, including carjacking, false imprisonment, evasion, and resisting arrest, police said.
