HIT (Heterostructure with Intrinsic Thin Layer) solar cell: Part 2

In this three-part video, I describe the heterojunction with intrinsic thin layer (HIT) solar cell design which was pioneered by Sanyo and is now produced by Panasonic. This type of solar cell achieves an efficiency greater than 22% for large-area cells.
