TGA/VSD: Single coronary artery

This video shows the surgical technique for repair of TGA/VSD in a Newborn baby. The child has a coronary artery anomaly, with a single coronary ostium giving rise to two intramural coronary arteries. This anatomy significantly increases the risk of mortality for this operation.
