Silo 2023 3D Modeler -- Is It Good Again?

Silo, from Nevercenter, is a low polygon sub division surface based 3D modelling application. Silo was first released in 2006 but development was idle for several years. Starting in 2021 Silo started getting regular updates again. So we look at Silo 2023 and see if its worth considering.
