Of course we train our rectus muscles as well, but in this workout this is limited so that they don’t get bulky at all. Super sexy, lean & ripped. Perfect, isn’t it? :) ▪️ Intensity: Intense ▪️ Recommendations: • Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion.
