Horse Intarsia

Paradigm shift! I did so many different things on this horse intarsia! I bought this pattern and a contouring DVD from Judy Gale Roberts and followed her along while I did this intarsia. Wow! I learned so much! Some new techniques I’ve learned are making sure your pieces are square and removing the fuzzies right away. I learned about sanding shims and how most of the contouring can be done by the sanders. I also tried a new way to trace out the backer board. I also used a magnifying light and foot switch while sawing with my Hegner, Bob. I really recommend using sanding shims.
