Procedural bump and shading in V-Ray RT GPU (CUDA).

This is speed up session of 1h 20min shading in V-Ray RT GPU 3.5 (latest beta version). Includes: 1. Setting up shot for testing bump maps. 2. Creating multiple bump maps based on VRayColor2bump noise map and composite. 3. Creating more complex shader using Mapped Gradient Ramp and VRayBlend.
