π [Korean noodles with Wild chives] 2servings
- Ingredients : Less than a handful Wild chives, 80g Minced beef, 200g Korean noodles, 1/3 Red pepper, Sesame seeds
- Beef seasonings ingredients : 1tsp Soy sauce, 1tsp Sugar, 1/2tsp Minced garlic, 1/2tbsp Sesame oil, Pepper
- Noodles sauce ingredients : 1 1/2tbsp Soy sauce, 1tbsp Corn syrup, 1/2tbsp Sugar, 1/2tsp Minced garlic, 2tbsp Sesame oil, 1tbsp Sesame seeds, Pepper
1. Place the beef on a kitchen towel to drain out the blood and marinate it in the meat seasoning.
2. Trim and clean the Korean chives, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Please remove the seeds when chopping the red pepper.
3. Add oil to a heated pan and stir-fry the beef.
4. Spread the noodles in boiling water and stir with chopsticks so that the noodles do not stick. When the water starts to boil, pour half a cup of cold water 2-3 times. Wash the noodles several times in cold running water to remove starch and use a strainer to remove excess water.
5. Put boiled noodles, noodle sauce, and stir-fried beef in a bowl and mix them lightly with Korean chives and red pepper.
6. Put the Korean chive soy sauce mixed noodles in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds to enjoy.
